ChickPeas and Top Ramen Soup

Being able to make a feeling five minute microwaved meal for $2.20 works well.  Nissin’s Top Ramen (use your own preferable flavoring i.e., beef, soy sauce, shrimp, spicy, etc.).  I always add crushed pepper flakes to taste which enhances the final product.  There is a company called Mellissa’s that has a large variety of fresh produce.  Mellissa’s introduced a new product at Smart ‘n Final Markets that vacuum packs peeled and steamed chickpeas.  It only takes 90-seconds and then I like adding it to the heated Top Ramen for another minute and the meal is ready.  From here fresh tomatoes, cilantro, onion, celery and whatever other favorites that come to mind can be included.
